Our Therapy Services

A vision for collective care.

For Children: Play Therapy

Play and creative activities offer children a natural, non-verbal way to express their feelings and work through emotional or behavioural challenges. Play therapy uses toys, art, and symbolic play as a language for children to communicate experiences they may find difficult to put into words. This therapeutic process helps children process complex emotions, build coping skills, and develop self-awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

A key component is sandplay therapy—a hands-on psychological approach. This powerful method taps into the psyche’s natural ability to heal and often complements traditional talk therapy, facilitating emotional healing and personal growth.

For Teenagers: Talk & Creative Approaches

Talk and Creative Therapy provides teens with a safe space to explore their emotions through conversation, art, and other forms of creative expression. This approach helps build coping skills and deepen self-understanding alongside traditional talk therapy.

Creative therapy offers a valuable bridge when verbal communication feels challenging. Each person’s experience is unique, so the process is carefully tailored to meet individual needs.

For Adults: Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps adults work through emotional and psychological challenges by providing a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It fosters personal growth, healing, and greater self-awareness. The process often begins with an assessment to understand your unique needs and circumstances.

Together, we set meaningful goals based on where you are right now and what you want to achieve. Therapy is tailored to your pace and preferences, whether through talking, reflective exercises, or other approaches that best support your journey toward wellbeing and resilience.

Parent Support

Individual coaching for parents offers personalized support to navigate challenging behaviours, manage anxiety, and cope with family changes. Through tailored guidance and practical strategies, parents gain confidence in setting boundaries, improving communication, and fostering stronger, more positive relationships with their children.

This coaching empowers parents to understand their child’s needs better and develop effective tools to
create a calmer, more connected family environment.
